Feathers & Glitz

Hiya guys and dolls!! Happy Friday!! Wooo..the end of the week :) I spent yesterday out in the sun along the water side watching the happy people walk by. It was so nice, the heat of the sun beaming down on us as the cool breeze rolled in to take the edge off the heat. Enjoyed it so much. I hope there is more of that this weekend. I love these photos and decided to share them..I do adore the 1920's and 1930's era and wear/collect things from that time, the glitz, the glam...pretty dresses...of course you know that I would say that! But, I found something quite quirky in these photos brought to life by the model's look and the glasses, so they caught my eye. I hope you enjoy them and wish you all a wonderful weekend!! Have fun!!

Love loves
xoxo

  9. Even though I usually wear things from the 40s and 50s, I've noticed I've been getting some 30s dresses lately. So I guess I'm sliding into those decades too. My poor closet might burst soon... ;) I love watching photos of glamorous ladies, and burlesque dancers, from these decades, and that picture of me - when I shocked you with my "passion fruits" ;) - was inspired by a photo from the 20s. Love the pictures you've posted here! Feel like putting on the golden dress at the top, and going out dancing all night long! :) xox
