If you're unable to travel the world due to money or time, now you can take the world with you wherever you go! Visit your favourite city in one swift dressing session and poof - your there! These dresses are made from vintage printed maps for you to look marvelous in & if you get lost, well you can clearly pop the dress off, find your bearings and away you go - after putting the dress back on of course!!
Or if your too precious about wearing them out - why not hang them on your wall as a reminder of happy travel memories or dream of a new adventure. Each dress is handmade and unique. They come approximately 90 cm long and 60 cm wide.
The dresses are $195 and the bags are $80.
These come from a website called Annex in New Zealand and they also do homeware, clothes & accessories. I thought they were quite sweet and wanted to share what I found. I enjoy seeing different takes on clothes and designs. I find them inventive, quirky and oh so lush. They would be a marvelous addition to any girl's heart!
Have a super day darlings!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE these! The Paris one is my favorite! I could also wear these outside, just to show them off to the world, but as fabric is a bit more durable, I really wish they would start making these dresses in that too. ReplyDeleteMy mouth dropped open when I saw these dresses. They are the most beautiful dresses I have seen in a LONG TIME. Especially the Paris one. I would loooooove to own one of these. They are definitely worth the price. In fact, they are such works of art, I'm surprised they're that inexpensive!!
I wonder if they ship to the US. I'll have to check out the site.

These are absolutely brilliant! Like origami taken to the next level. Can they actually be worn and used, or are they just for show? -- J xx
