I didn't really have the intentions of buying a peplum dress, but some things just work out that way. It was a birthday gift, found by me in TKMaxx. I was browsing through the dress racks for nothing in particular and just saw the label sticking out & it said the word 'Doll' on the label, so I knew this dress and I were meant to be!! I pulled the dress out from all the other clothes and decided I liked it. So home it went with me as my last birthday gift (I had birthday money, so that's why I was picking out my own gift). And on one bright and sunny day, I decided to go out for a walk with it on and see how it fit, which is what I do with all my new clothes, I like to see how they move and think of how I might wear them in different ways, walking in nature helps me think better and more creatively. The dress fits like a glove and is quite soft inside and out. But, a little plain for me, so I intend on getting some Art Nouveau fabric and dolling it up to look different :) I like to do that with a lot of my clothes! But, anyways...I hope all of you have a great day & the sun is shining for you wherever you may be!!
Lots of loves
P.S. I was featured on Trust Your Style's Signature Style: Fall Obsessions yesterday, it was a lot of fun, thank you Mary Jo for asking me to take part. You can see it here!
