Hello darlings!! Happy 1st of March...I trust your week was grand!?! I am back here with an amazing lookbook for you. Some of you might remember when I first featured Bohemique on my blog and my huge love for them & now they have returned with their Spring/Summer lookbook and I just had to share some of my favourites with you!! I like how the use of colour is down to only red, black and white, but the detail put into each piece is way beyond that...it explodes. From lace, structured shapes with out of this world shaped hats to delicate bird detailing, all of it is marvellously beautiful. I'm left without words, because this is a line that I would actually pick up the trousers and wear and you know me and that I don't really go for trousers. But, these, you can tell have been given the time they deserve...the fabric just flows effortlessly to the shape of the model. The high up shoulder details on the dresses demand attention without looking like some fashion victim from the 80's. Their sexy without overtly screaming it to you...sophisticated without the stuffiness and ladylike without loosing strength. I want to hide away in my boudoir for hours trying on each piece with delicate care & then choosing one perfectly for a night out to the ballet...these creations scream to be seen...you have to think huge, they make me feel like I'm in some cinematic dream with flashy cars and expensive places to stay. I was highly impressed with the first lookbook I discovered & they haven't failed to dazzle me still! Love isn't a strong enough word to describe my feelings for this line...but it'll do for now!! I hope you'll visit their facebook page to see the rest of the season's line and love them as much as I do!! Have a wonderful weekend darlings...enjoy yourselves!
Love loves

Oh wow! These are so amazing! Not that I could wear anything like this on a daily basis (even the trousers are too dressy for me), but I like the idea of something like this for a special occasion... Beautiful! Have a lovely weekend xo
ReplyDeleteOoh, very nice indeed. Not sure when I'd wear these, but one can dream! My favourites are the last two, which is unusual since I don't wear red much at all, but these have a lovely 50s/60s silhouette. Thank you for sharing :)
