{Pearls, Swines, Awards & Questions}

Hiya darlings!! Happy Friday...I hope you all are doing wonderfully and ready to let your hair down this weekend and have some fun!! May it be sunny and pleasant for you all. I got an award during the week from the stunning Ulla-Marie from 'Dude Looks Like a Lady', you should really check her blog out, she has amazing style, I always love what she's wearing!! She asked the questions, here are my answers:

1. Who was your first love and how old were you?

 To be honest, my husband. I was a tomboy growing up, so boys didn't really interest me. When I did have a boyfriend, I wouldn't really say I was in love as they weren't so nice. When I met my husband - as we were friends first then boyfriend/girlfriend, he was the first one I fell in love with, I was 19 years old. 

2.What trait of other people annoys you?
 Gossips or rudeness.

3.The most beautiful person on earth?
 I pick 3 - My husband, My daughters Saffron & Noemie! They are my world :)

4. When you were a child, what did you think you would be as an adult?
Seriously, a super hero like Super Man or Wonder Woman, haha. 

5. If you could change one law in your country – what law?

Well, since I'm from America, but live in another country, I'll give one law from each place. In America, I would obviously change the gun laws, but to say something different, I would change it's law on marriage, so that all states allow every person to marry and have it be legal no matter if they are man/man or woman/woman. In the UK, I would change the fact that you have to have a TV license to have a TV in the house, haha!

6. Which is the best song ever?
Oh my, so hard. I have loads of favourite songs. I couldn't even possibly answer, I'd always have thousands to give, I listen to songs based on my emotions at the time.  But, I love 'Just Like Heaven', by The Cure.

7. Which actor is most overrated?
Jennifer Aniston...don't care for her acting what so ever. And she should have never won the award for best actress in Friends...Lisa Kudrow was the better actress!! She grates on my nerves instantly. Her acting is always the same. 

8. Favorite Artist?
Too many, but for this moment I will say Klimt or Arthur Hacker....both make me dream.

9. The world's most delicious perfume?

Again, this is so hard. I adore perfume and couldn't be without it. The most delicious to me would be something sweet, yet deep. dark, yet tantalising.  Something very in the middle of everything. I don't like anything too strong or too sweet. It has to be balanced. Dior Poison is wonderful. But, I'm still on the hunt for a new perfume at the moment. 

10. Have you been rude to anybody in the past month?

Hahaha. Not really. I did tell someone off for their lack of manners. I think if you bump into someone, it's only polite to apologise, even if you didn't mean to. You should acknowledge the person & make sure their ok. But, this person just walked past, so I told them off - in a polite way & that saying excuse me doesn't cost anything or take much time. The lady told me to just behave myself, hahahaha! I laughed for ages after!

11. A designer will make a dress for you - Who do you choose?

I'm going to be cheeky here & pick two designers. My favourite two - Dawn from Boudoir Queen & Ulyana Sergeenko - supremely amazing women!! They both perfectly sum up my idea of perfect attire. I adore them so much! (they will pop up in Wonder Woman posts in the future).

♥ Shop Love - Pearls & Swine ♥

I also wanted to share today a shop that I've been over the moon for, for quite some time. The shop is called Pearls & Swine based in West Yorkshire, UK, you might remember some weeks ago in my list of latest wishes, I featured a shell fascinator that I wanted to wear while driving my car with the pearl covered steering wheel. Pearls & Swine was created by the ever gorgeous Bink in 2004, offering out of this world pop surreal Millinery, Bridal headwear, Ascot hats, Glitter Fascinators, Vintage Inspired Millinery, Bespoke headwear, half mask Fascinators & more. Bink also offers a bespoke service, so if you can dream it, it can pretty much be created! There is no way you will go out looking like anyone else & all ranges of styles and people are catered for, Bink has a marvellous imagination and talent for creating, I'm a huge fan of hats and fascinators, so I cannot recommend the shop enough, do check out the website as there is much more than what is below to dream over.
