Questions left with answers...

Hello dolls, happy Friday! I hope all of you had an awesome week :) The lovely Cheriese from She May Be The Song That Summer Sings did this on her blog when she received the Sunshine Award & welcomed anyone to do it as well, so since the week was quite busy for me, I quite welcomed just answering some questions! I think these are great in helping people get to know you & the way you think & feel sometimes! I hope you enjoy & wish you all a wonderful, wonderful weekend!!

Loves n' Loves
xoxoxox

If you won the lottery, what's the first thing you're going to buy?

A new home, maybe in Paris like Yves Saint Laurent's home depending on how much money I won.

What colour do you hate most?

Long ago, I would have said pink because I was a tomboy, but I have grown to enjoy pink now that I'm older. But, I enjoy all colours really. All of them make me happy :)

If you could become best friends with one celebrity, who would it be?

Oooh, there are lots, but Zooey Deschanel, because she's sweet, funny & quirky. My husband even says we're quite similar when we watch her show or see her in interviews. I think she's awesome. Close tie to her would be Sarah Sophie Flicker, Dita Von Teese & Helena Bonham Carter. I think all of these women are individually very strong, intelligent, & speak their mind. The world needs more women like them for future generations. All very inspirational to me immensely. (And I'd quite happily take what all of them are wearing as well *wink*)

What's your biggest shopping pet peeve?

People that keep pushing you over to get something your standing by, instead of just saying excuse me. I get really annoyed when people don't say excuse me when shopping. These are just things, they aren't of high importance, one shouldn't forget their manners.

One thing that you love most about yourself?

I think it's a tie between my humour, weirdness/uniqueness and ability to love & accept differences in people. I think all of them have helped me to pick myself up after being knocked down various time in life. If you can't laugh in life, your not going to go far, if you can't accept your differences from others, you might as well go home and if you can get dragged through the dirt, torn to pieces, but still find love in your heart for others and yourself...then I feel you've conquered the world! Love is one of the single most greatest healers of all things, when we choose to let it in and out.

What was the first thing you read today?

news, emails and comments :)

Have you ever played a prank on someone? What was it?

Yes, though we were in middle school (secondary school) First girl to fall asleep at a sleepover, the girls put whipped cream on the girls hand and tickled her nose, so she'd wipe it on her face. Quite silly really, luckily she thought it was funny!

What's your favourite make up product right now?

Goodness, not sure. I really love Urban Decay eyeshadows, as I find their the one eyeshadows that have strong enough pigment that any of the colours show up well with my skin tone. A lot of the times, I put eyeshadow on and you can't see it at all. But, theirs are fab & they last really well through out the day.

Where do you see yourself after 5 years?

I live each day for each day, I don't like to think about where or what I'll be doing even the next week, let alone 5 years from now. I try to make each day the best it can be & make memories to last.

What's the song you can listen 2k times?

Bowie's Ashes to Ashes...but there are way too many songs that I could have named, but this just popped out first. I love Bowie to no end. His ability to be anything he wants to be at any time inspires me.

Who is your favourite superhero?

Oooh...no idea...tie between Superman & Batman.

  2. Fab answers, I just like that you're a bit quirky, a bit tomboy and have learned to like pink over time.

I hate the "where do you see yourself in 5 years time" question - not here, obviously, but in interviews. So much has happened in the last five years, I couldn't possibly have planned all this. Besides, quite often I don't know what I'm doing at the weekend, never mind in five years... ;-)

Have a lovely weekend, hope you'll have some sunshine xo

    1. Thank you doll :)) I know, those questions are too hard to answer & really I don't like to answer them. I barely know what I'll be doing in five minutes, let alone in 5 years, haha! And half the time I forget to do something!! I hope you have a gorgeous weekend doll & hopefully some sunshine too!! xo

  10. I love the giraffe pic that is too fabulous to fit in. I'm a David Bowie fan too. I too don't like people pushing in at the shops. Recently I was at the supermarket and opened the freezer door to get something out, and another lady just reached right in and grabbed something before I could. She had her little 4yo or so daughter with her too. What a bad example, I was gobsmacked by the rudeness. Somehow it doesn't sound that bad when I'm writing it, but trust me, it was rude :D. 1. Bowie is wonderful :) I've had a lot of rude people at the stores. An older lady even bumped into my oldest daughter and almost knocked her over & I went to her and said that she almost knocked my daughter over & instead of apologizing, she told me to behave myself, hahaha!! It was really rude, my daughter was not impressed. Said she had bad manners. Have a great weekend doll xx

  12. Yes please I want a house like that too! I can totally relate to you. About the shopping pet peeve and what I really hate is when you stand in line at the supermarket and the person behind you is pushing their shopping cart (accidently ;-) ) into you a few times! Life without love and humour would be useless. Have a happy weekend Kizzy!

  30. I always love reading your answers or just your thoughts...even when you don't say too much I have the impression you have a lot to say...and I really like what you said about accepting differences in others and ourselves. " I think it's a tie between my humour, weirdness/uniqueness and ability to love & accept differences in people. " Those are really the key qualities to have and once a person has had some experience in life you realize how important they are...Without humour and ability to recognize that we'all unique in our way, this life is really unmanageable. Trying to put ourselves or others in boxes has never done anyone any good.

People go crazy over their eyeshadow palettes. Will have to keep that in mind ;) If I won the lottery, you know I would be right over there by you! LOL Awesome girl! 36. Oh yes, I hate pushy people too or people that don't say anything if they bump into you. I'm not really a tomboy but I've never liked pink. I think it's because it's pushed on girls so much. If you go into a toy shop everything for the girls is pink. Blue has always been my favourite colour so I hated that when I was a kid.

  46. First of all - YES - I saw the mask you put up on Facebook, and I love it! Perfect for jewelry-burglaring! ;) Secondly - both Dita and Helena Bonham Carter are on my wish-I-knew list too! I also SO wish I could have met, and chatted with Michael Jackson before he died... I love his music, and to me he's the ultimate entertainer! As I never judge a person until I have met and spoken with him/her, I can't really say anything about all the bad things the media said he did. To me, he's just someone who's provided me with great music for as long as I can remember... I have taken some dance classes for his dance coach - a man who spent a lot of time touring with Michael, dancing in his videos and helping him improve his dancing - and he just had good things to say about Mr Jackson. To the people who actually knew him, he seemed to be a lovely, caring person lost in the beauty of the world - just like you and me! :) And now I have to go to bed. Good night honey! <3 <3 <3
