Awaken me like a flower's bloom....

Happy Friday my darlings...I hope the week was marvellous for you & the weather has picked up for many of you that I know were stuck with rain or grey skies. It has picked up here, not so warm, but at least it's dry. The trees around my home are blossoming now..colours are replacing the dark brown and grey of winter. The skies stay flushed with shades of blues and pinks with big puffy clouds that float by so effortlessly. 
These magnolia trees around my house are beginning to awaken from their slumber, the sun's rays warm their petals, so their sweet scent fills the air as they open to full bloom. It feels like so long ago since I've seen them with all the rain we had this winter, but it's funny how the beauty of flowers can make you forget all about the season now past. 
I bought this dress (with lots of other things you'll see here as it gets warmer) from Lashes of London recently, I loved the beading, length & the way it blows in the wind. It feels wonderful against the skin, I can wear it with lots of different accessories and styles. Tomorrow is Share in Style on Sacramento's blog & the theme is 'Flowers' I'll be adding this to the mix, feel free to join in and show your flowers too - you can wear them, be near them or anything you wish.
