Behind The Mask....

Happy Monday darlings...I hope your Halloween celebrations were enjoyable. I was going through my picture folders and found these, I took them during the late summer and thought it would be a waste to not post them. I've not worn this much black in ages, but it's fun to play around. This was the other piece of Face Lace that I bought, they're so easy to use and you can do a billion looks with them. But, the thing about masks is that many of us wear them every day. Out of lack of self confidence, fear, shyness...we can hide and keep who we are away from people. Sometimes it can be a healthy thing to do, but a majority of the time it isn't. We should never be afraid to shine and take off the masks...let people in, let our lights out...set the world on fire with who we are! 

Sometimes I can do this because I think I'm not interesting enough or what I have to say isn't important, but I have to remind myself the opposite and stand tall and step away from being a wallflower - take the mask off, so to speak. But, I've made a promise to myself to do so & let the ideas and things that run riot in my head out more often, because otherwise it just seems a waste of a dream! And I hope that you find the confidence to stand at the edge and let go too, use your wings to fly :) Have a great day my darlings.
