Hello Cherry-Dolls!! I hope you had a wonderful weekend & Valentine's Day too!! I had a wonderful time & received wonderful surprises from a dear friend that I'll share on the blog soon (if you follow me on Instagram, you will have seen) But, today I'm sharing the second piece I received from Black Five for review (first one here). It is this lovely gingham top that I'm wearing, when I was choosing items, it popped out at me, as I don't have many red things in my wardrobe and I was fascinated by the sleeves. I am happy that I chose it because it's really fun to wear. I instantly thought of cherries, The Runaways, leather jackets, the 50's and one of my favourite movies, Cry Baby with the darling Johnny Depp! 

The material is cotton and light, but keeps me warm enough without being too hot. It fastens with a small button at the back, I put the belt with it for a more fitted look and the sleeves, I just adore them. If I had been buying a top & spotted this, I would have definitely bought it. Gingham is such a fun pattern and red as a colour is divine! {This is kind of an out-take, but I thought it was funny, so I left it in. I am laughing because I had gained an audience as this older man was walking down the street and kept doing a double take to stare at me and he almost fell over & I was trying not to laugh, but it was funny. I didn't have my glasses on, so I couldn't see his face, only that he wobbled over}
