Pho Sizzle this!

Sometime ago, Jacqui from Pho Sizzle contacted me to ask if I would like to model an item from her fashion line for my blog, of course I said yes because I've blooming loved her clothes for a long while now. Not only are they colourful & expressive, but also unique and fun. I highly appreciate the fact that these clothes come in a very wide range of sizes to suit all shapes.

The dress I'm wearing here is the Angular Submarine dress, it has a 50's kind of vibe to it, sits snug to the bust and waist then flares out as you can see. The fit is superb actually, sometimes dresses in this shape can sit all wrong on me because I'm smaller on top than bottom, so I can end up feeling like the top will fall off, while the bottom is squeezing me like a snake, but the cut on this dress is perfect, had no trouble at all. The material is is thick but not heavy, it moves perfectly with the body. Also, I'm usually not a fan of halter necks as they can dig into my neck after a while, but woo-hoo, this one is awesome because instead of tying like most halters do or having to be pulled over your head, this one just simply snaps together - I mean someone please shout AMEN!!! Haha...so clever, I love it!! 

Really this dress is so comfy to wear, so light and breezy, I had a good twirl around in it as the wind blew. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone who loves a retro style dress. Plus, how cute is this Angler fish!?! So fierce and cute all at the same time, a futuristic spin to replace the typical poodle that usually mascots this style. 

Very impressed with this dress & as I said before I'm a big fan of the Pho Sizzle style, I have some supa dupa favourites like here, here and here! And if your like me and feign for dressing original and unique, Pho Sizzle is great for that as they focus on individuality and only produce less than 30 of each garment. Which for me, makes each piece more special knowing that only so many of them are going to be made at a great price. Melbourne designed but Hanoi produced, taking inspiration from West Africa and Vietnam, 1950's bombshells, marine life and everything in-between.
