| What I Loved in April |

Those April Showers, bring beautiful May Flowers...

Happy Wednesday dolls & welcome to May!! I hope it's started well for you so far. It's so sunny here today, I love it. I meant to do this post on Monday, but I needed to get sponsored things done first. April was a up and down month with the weather and mood. But, it looks as though we're finally shaking off the rest of the winter that we thought would never leave. Seriously, winter felt like a lifetime at moments. But, spring is blooming & I am happy. Here's just a taste of things I loved in April, what did you love?

1. Dramatic Makeup - As you've seen in my last post and the one before, dramatic makeup has been my thing just now, it's fun to just go crazy with it and be creative. Not that I wear that every day, but when the mood is right, it's fun to do. Galliano always had the most amazing makeup looks on his runway, I'm always going back to them for inspiration. So decadent!

2. Lemon Sorbet - I love lemon sorbet, I even eat it through the winter sometimes. But, lately it's been refreshing to have as the warmer weather comes in. It helps to rid of all the lethargic feelings of winter, I could just eat it every day!

3. Tulle - One of my favourite fabrics is tulle, the thought of tulle always comes back to me when spring comes around. I imagine walking around in a tulle skirt in a flower garden somewhere grand. You can wear them with absolutely everything, light enough to feel cool and the layers also give a bit of warmth as well. Daytime or Night-time looks, it's perfect. I have a tulle skirt that I plan on shooting soon *wink*

4. Pink & Gold - You know how I love my colour combinations, with spring here, pink & gold has been my thing. I think they go perfectly together, especially in decor. This front door is glam and makes me want to paint my door right away!!

What were you loving in April?? Have a great Wednesday dolls, hope it's fab for you.

Loves & Loves
xoxo

  18. I don't think I've ever had lemon serbot, but if there is lemon in it, I'm sure I'd like it. I love lemon ice-cream, it's the most refreshing kind, so if it is something like that, it must be nice.:) I loved reading your April favourites....Seeing your imaginative & artistic make up look here on blog was wonderful.
