| Glasgow loves Christmas |

Christmas is not so much about our opening presents as opening our hearts...Janice Maeditere.

The Christmas market in Glasgow is one of my favourite activities to do at Christmas time, we go all day and eat lots of yummy food, shop, enjoy the lights, ride the rides and soak up the festive atmosphere. Thankfully it wasn't too cold or rainy either, so we enjoyed ourselves very much so. I won't talk too much and just let you enjoy the photos really. You can imagine the scent of Christmas trees mixed in with sweets, hot chocolates, open fires cooking meats and other foods for tasting and enjoying. The laughter of friends and family enjoying each others company whilst walking arm in arm. Children smiling and laughing to ride the rides and eat their favourite treats. Christmas melodies serenading the crowd and their voices joining in. Carousel and Ferris wheel rides that take you around and up to the skies above to look down on the antics below. The perfect taster for the real Christmas moments ahead with family and friends that we hold dear. I hope you enjoy these & have a wonderful day and weekend to come.

  7. December always has an air of magic in the environment, I think that the most important thing is to be able to enjoy the company of our loved ones and make the little ones flood with the spirit of Christmas.

  10. I love Christmas markets. There is always a special atmosphere to them. One year I would love to visit and experience them in some other country other than my own, just to see something new...not that I don't like Christmas markets here, there are generally pretty awesome too. Great photos dear. Thank you for sharing. It's nice to see how Advent is looking in Glasgow.:)
