Lundi Love

Good Monday dolls!! I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend. It was a bit of a downer weekend with the horrific event that took place in my home country...it's a sad world we live in when someone can take the lives of innocent children...but that's just the thing...it happens all the time in different countries and rarely do we stop and send a prayer to them or fight for them. It's our responsibility to take care of the children of the world. They are the future. We get so wrapped up in useless things...we need to take more time to appreciate what's really important in life. I'll keep this one short as I just don't have a lot to say after the weekend!! I hope all of you no matter where you are, are safe and happy and surrounded by love!!
xoxo

All my love & prayers to those affected by these tragedies

  8. I too have been praying and believing that out of this tragedy some good will come. Even more, to realize that life is a precious thing and no matter what is going on, we need to take a little more time to embrace it and the ones we love. Have a good day Kizzy...sending a big hug your way:)

  9. Your new header is very beautiful my dearest! Thank you a lot for your comment to cheer me up last week, it helped a lot. You are such a sensitive and warm hearted person! If there would be more people like you out there, something as bad as what happened this weekend would never happen. Your blog is for me a place, to calm down and start thinking about good feelings and whats really important or beautiful in the world. Have a wonderful weekend, Christmas is coming closer. :-) Lots of love, xx

The event in the US is too horrific to comprehend. As a parent I cannot even imagine how you ever get over the loss of a child and I am praying for each and every one of them. M x

  14. I completely understand how you feel. I didn't realize how possible it was to be MAD and SAD at the same time. Everything is out of order. That's why we have these sad events. Facades like everything is ok when it isn't is not working. People have problems and issues that need attention. Money is going into the wrong things.

    1. Me too! Money does go to the wrong people. Health care and gun control need looked into and we need to reach out and help one another...stop shutting people out and thinking of ourselves & other useless things. I really hope something good can be done!! xx

  15. Our whole country is mourning due to this recent tragedy. Does it hit home so painfully because of the innocent lives lost of the children? I hope that we can actually do something now, a wake up call, about something is amiss in our country- probably many things, and possibly now is the time to commit to fixing it. Not just a band aid solution but to examine beyond the symptoms and cut out the disease.

  16. As a mother of two little kids, I cannot imagine the PAIN of the parents of these innocent victims...it's an unbelievable, and so surreal tragedy :S
There are many people scared about the end of the world on 21st, but for these parents the end of the world was this weekend :(
Thank you so much for your sweet comment! I wish you a Happy Christmas, and a wonderful 2013 full of joy, health, smiles, music and love<3

  18. This is a brilliant post Doll and it's good to know that there is still beauty in this world which can sometimes be so cruel and cold. What happened in Newtown is so repulsive and upsetting but there is good amongst all that evil and it just needs action to be unlocked and have victory, great post.

  25. oh my God, i heard the news on tv and was shocked!!!very awful news, it was so touching. do u know what lurv? i get so scared about the horrible cartoons and kids movies on the tv and the so called games, the xbox and play station, the really drive kids mad. there are loads of stuff our society needs to eradicate, all in the sake of money and gadgets we wanna ruin the world. these people need to really take it slow all this gadgets are seriously killing, dont get me wrong, i got play station but my kids re limited to the kind of games they play and its only once in a week they play, its the rule and they must obey.
I dont care if people call me ''strict'' but if that is how i can make my kids a better people tomorrow i better be.

  38. Kizzy,

Sorry for not getting to reading your post before now, it seems the time slips away from me. I can only tell you that it is so sad and hard for me to comprehend how someone could take the lives of so many children and the teachers who protected them. The final laying to rest as began with the funerals taking place every day now. Every time I see the sweet and precious faces of these children I cry all over again. I guess I am still stunned by the whole thing! :)
