Where do you wear your heart!?! I wear mine all over...I have a lot of happiness. I feel very grateful for this life. Even when times are hard or I feel down (yes, I do have them) I like to surround myself with heart-shaped things because it reminds me that love is all around, even when it's hard to let it in. To love & to receive love is one of our greatest gifts, we can literally save someone's life in times of tribulations with love, even those we may not know can benefit from our love, in the shape of a kind smile, a helping hand, opening the door for them, paying for their meal...any act of kindness, is really an action of love.

When I wear a heart in any form, I am also reminded of the love I have come to have for myself and the love that I am deserving of. Because if you can't love yourself unconditionally, you cannot be ready to fully love someone else. We are enough...no matter size, shape, colour or otherwise, we are enough. When we take care of ourselves, we are loving ourselves. We should love ourselves so much, that when someone says something to try and knock us down, it doesn't even reach our being, because we weren't put on this Earth to please them. Build yourself up, surround yourself with love & people who love you the way you are and the way you need to be loved, give no home to the negatives in your life! See what a difference it can make. It won't change their attitudes, but it will change yours for the better & it doesn't mean hard times won't follow, it just means you'll envision that light at the end of the tunnel a little stronger!!
