{Label Love} Amanda Fatherazi!!!

Good day my sweeties!! Happy new week to you, I decided to post on Tuesday because my husband has tomorrow off, so it was easier this way :) The rain has been absolutely horrendous here, so I've stayed in most days. A while back, I shared one of these delectable doll face brooches with you, everyone loved them so much, I decided to dedicate a whole post to them, because I love them too!! Created by the sensational Amanda Fatherazi, she embraces traditional disciplines in couture embroidery and set design, but completely gives them a world of their own since 2006. 
She has achieved international recognition when her brand was selected as Best of British 2009 for her boudoir dolls. Her dolls ooze that 1920's charm and glamour, you can't help but smile at their sweet and delectable faces, I'm so enchanted with them. From there, Amanda collaborated with the iconic Liberty (whom I love too). She's also collaborated with Charlotte Olympia, celebrated milliner Benoit Missolin & US lingerie brand Morgan Lane. One can without a doubt see why there is so much love for Amanda's work, not only is it sweet, but the attention to detail is perfection. I love the lashes, lips and downright character she gives each face. I almost expect them to flutter their eyes at me and say hello. They take on a life of their own. 
In the last picture, you can see one of the amazing pieces from her Morgan Lane collaboration, I'm over the moon for it. There are lots other pieces to admire, if you head to Morgan Lane. I definitely need to get a brooch of my very own, I think I'm quite taken with the lilac pastel haired one...maybe something for Christmas *wink* Don't you just love them??
