Nature's first green is gold, her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf's a flower but only so an hour...

Golden leaves surrounding jewel tones as they dance together in autumnal bliss. I know they say get your dark clothes out when the weather turns from summer to autumn and winter but, I say get your jewel tones out, vibrant colours that wow the eyes and cast any dreary day back in it's place. Exquisite tones of emeralds, amethyst, citrine & eye popping pinks dance happily amongst the melodic backdrop of Autumn's symphony of colour.
Happy Thursday lovelies...I hope the week has been bliss for you so far!?! As you can see I'm still enjoying all the beautiful autumn leaves we're having here in Scotland at the moment, it's really so stunning to walk around in. With all the colours it reminds me of growing up in Michigan where autumn was my favourite season, as the maple trees would explode with different colours too. I received this gorgeous vintage hat from Elekon Chic Boutique, where the stunning Elena specialises in quality vintage fashion accessories. She got in contact with me on Instagram and asked if I would like to pick a hat to take pictures in, I instantly went for this one as I loved the gemstone Amethyst colour & gorgeous veil, perfect to wear in these autumn days where the wind is picking up ever so slightly. I decided to just go with the jewel colours to pop alongside the colours of autumn around here. The veil can either be worn down or positioned back, there are so many stunning vintage hats and bags in Elena's shop, perfect addition to creating a unique look. Be sure to check it out!
