| Unboxing Sundose |

Hiya dolls!! Recently, I was contacted by the kind people at *Sundose UK to ask if I would like to try out their supplements! I had never heard of Sundose before but, after reading all about them from their website, I became intrigued and wanted to try it out. What is Sundose? Well, Sundose is a composition of the highest quality vitamins, minerals, Omega - 3 fatty acids, probiotics and antioxidants. It contains no preservatives, colourants or fillers. Seeing as I am really sluggish during the winter months due to the lack of sunlight and being outside a lot due to the constant rain, I thought it was the perfect time to try something like this. I received a month's worth of product, so I'll follow up this post with another in a month's time to give you my thoughts after using this. Sundose is individually composed in a laboratory to 100% match to your lifestyle - when you sign up on the website, you have to fill out an extensive health questionnaire, so that you can be provided with the correct needs for you. It's best to answer honestly and it's nothing too invasive or difficult either. I was a little nervous about being asked questions at first but, it was easy. There is also a vegan version available for those who need that as well. After answering the questions, they are calculated and you're given the Sundose option that will meet your needs. You simply take that to the checkout and put your order through, it was so simple and over in a manner of minutes. If you have any questions, the people of Sundose are so nice to talk to and are very helpful in answering any questions you may have at any stage.
Once your box arrives, you will see that you have a month's worth of sachets, Sundose comes in powder form along with a soft gel capsule and a hard capsule to be taken after breakfast each day. Sundose began in 2013 as a special dietary clinic for athletes, they advised on how to eliminate nutritional mistakes and habits contributing to a poor lifestyle. They eventual took this beyond the athletic world to clients who wanted to change to a better and healthier lifestyle, all their work is 100% based on scientific research. They believe that if the solution isn't tailored to you, your life and needs specifically, it won't work and since each person leads a different lifestyle, mass produced supplements don't take these factors in. Since this is just my unboxing post, I will go more in depth in my follow up post as to how I felt taking the vitamins, so that I can give you a full account of taking these. But, feel free to check out the Sundose website as there is lots of information on there & if you feel like you want to try them out yourself, you can use my discount code for £20 on your first order - kizzyhiggins or you can wait to read my thoughts and results after the month is over!! I hope you have a great week ahead dolls!

  1. I like that these supplements are personalized for your individualized needs as opposed to a "one size fits all" type of solution. I'm definitely looking forward to reading your followup posts to see how they are working for you Kizzy!

  3. These Sundose supplements sound great. The packaging is lovely. Winter is typically a good time to try some supplements and vitamins, because as you say, we don't get that much sun exposure and we can feel tired. It is great that these Sundose supplements do not contain any artificial colours or conservators.
