Beginnings | Happy New Year!

Hello & Happy New Year to you dolls!! I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas & New Year celebration! First post of the year...how exciting!! I just wanted to pop in and send you all some wishes for my 1st post back. It's nice to take some time to reflect and set the tone for the year ahead!! I realised while I was away that it's been my 6th year Blog-birthday!! Woooo...it's crazy, doesn't feel like 6 years to be honest. I know that the first few years I didn't take blogging seriously at all. But, I just wanted to thank you all so very much for sticking with me and I'm super happy that all of you stop by here and have become more like friends and family here!! 
When I first started this blog, it was a place for me to put down my thoughts and feelings after going through a really rough patch in life, Through blogging, I've been able to gain a lot of confidence putting myself out there with my outfit posts, chatting to some very cool people (that is all of you), discovering really cool fashion labels and best of all sharing my love for Art!! 
So, I just want to thank you with all my heart for being here and not just being here but for popping up on my other social media pages to say hello, post things you think I'd love like art or unicorns, they really do brighten my day and warm my heart!!
So, this new year, I'm going to make sure to do more outfit posts - definitely!! It's been requested and I am going to do my best - weather & light permitting to have something each week or so. My style is ever evolving, so I'd like to document it more. I've got plenty of beauty posts to come as well. If there is anything you'd like to see here - give me a shout, I'm always interested in hearing your thoughts! I will of course continue to bring you plenty of beauty, curiosities and my favourite shopping finds!
To end, I'd just like to leave you some wishes - I hope that in this New Year you will find love for yourself and others, forgiveness for yourself and others. Wisdom to know when to walk away from something or someone that isn't healthy for you. Kindness for yourself and others, sometimes we find it easier to be kind to others than ourselves...take care, your the only you that you have. Have a pampering session, buy yourself a treat, after the stinky year that was last year, we need more love and positivity. 
And lastly, adventure!! Go on them, even in your own town or city. Do something new every day to break the staleness that can build up from repetition! Eat healthy, get plenty of sleep and laugh, it's good for the soul!!
