As the days go on, one can feel the weather getting warmer, birds chirping ever earlier and the sun shining bright to kiss you in the morning here. Spring is making it's way closer and closer. And suddenly my mind goes back to the sea where I love to wander on warm days. A while back the mega brand George at Asda released a mermaid  tea range in their homeware and it instantly made me long for spring time with it's delicious candy colours. There are 8 pieces to the range and for the price, it's such a bargain (prices from £3-£15, though some pieces are on sale just now) especially for those who may be in University or just starting out with their own place, a little bit of money goes a long way. 
You will find cute mermaid inspired coasters, milk jugs, a tea pot, mugs, cookie jar, butter dish, bowls and plates. They also give off a very retro feel without looking old fashioned or boring. I really have to get some of this range before it all sells out, it would make a lovely addition in my kitchen and fit right in perfectly. I really love and appreciate when stores make beautiful items for affordable prices because let's face it, we're not all made of money but strive to make our lives as beautiful as possible and with ranges like this being attainable for so many, it's much easier to do so.
