| Sundose - One Month Later |

Some days you have to create your own sunshine!

Hi dolls, hope you're having a great week so far!?! After our brief days of sunshine, we've had rain but, least the flowers will grow. Well, as you know from my previous unboxing Sundose post, that I've been taking the custom vitamins for the past month and now that I've fully finished all my sachets, I can update you on how it went. If you didn't read my 1st post about Sundose, I recommend you read that first so you know what I'm talking about. *Note: This is a sponsored post, I was given a month's worth of Sundose, all opinions are strictly my own. Without further ado, here we go:

The Taste - I'm not someone that likes the taste of vitamins or any kind of medicines, so I was a little apprehensive to if I would be able to drink all of the sachets everyday if I didn't like the taste. Mine came in the orange flavour and from the start, I became a little in love with it because it reminded me of Kool-Aid that I grew up drinking, so I was pleasantly surprised and had no problems. You just stir the powder in and stir, I would stir every now and again, so you don't have any of the powder sitting at the bottom of the glass by the end. The capsules are tasteless, so those weren't a bother in the slightest, I was glad for them having a smooth coating as it helped them go down better.

Was it easier? - I fully admit to being terrible at remembering to take my vitamins, I always have been, I actually hadn't been taking any before trying Sundose. I found having to take the vitamins with the drink mix actually made it easier for me, because they come in the same package (just separated) I found that I remembered to wash the capsules down with the drink after making it. I don't know if it was because they both go together that I remembered better or what it was but, I definitely preferred the drink/capsule combination. Plus, part of it being a drink made it less like I was actually taking vitamins, so it was a great help.

How do I feel/Any changes - Winter time is always a struggle for me, I get really sluggish and feel my worst healthy wise. I quite eating meat just before starting these vitamins and the cold was affecting me a lot. I started exercising the 1st day of taking them and as the time went on, I found that even on days of feeling tired, it wasn't the sluggish tiredness I had been feeling before, I felt more alert, even on days that I didn't get a lot of sleep due to children, ha. Which only makes me think that I must have been lacking essential vitamins somewhere. I've actually felt better, nothing too dramatic or that kind of thing. But, improvements where it counts really, I feel healthier, which, as I said before, I think I was lacking in vitamins before trying Sundose. I'm more alert and able to get on with my day better with the combination of eating better and exercising.

Would I recommend? - If you asked me beforehand, I most likely would have said no, because sometimes things are just gimmicks and don't really make you feel any different. But, now after completing the full month, I would change my answer. I think having custom vitamins catered to you personally instead of a one for all kind of thing makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend trying these out. Will they work for everyone? Maybe not. But, I do think having a vitamin personally tailored to you & you only, is worth it, instead of buying lots of different vitamins to just randomly that you don't need.

Have you tried a customised vitamin before? If you want to give Sundose a try, you can use my code kizzyhiggins to get £20 off your first order. Have a fantastic day dolls, I'll be here on Monday!

  7. Sometimes you need to give these things time to see results. I think a lot of people forget this (I am very much guilty myself!) and expect results immediately. I like the idea of these drinks but I always find that the powder doesn't dissolve and it just grosses me out

    1. Yes, I agree with you. Things take time. Yes, the powder is a bit weird if you don't keep stirring it. This wasn't too bad xx
